Three Little Words is a team of designers who love all things paper.
Our backgrounds are rooted in our days as art directors and event coordinators for small firms and wineries, working on a wide range projects including public service campaigns and brand identity systems. These days, we design and handcraft paper goods. We share an aesthetic that combines a clean, modern sensibility with timeless techniques like letterpress printing and hand lettering. We also love working with silkscreen, ink, typography, ribbon and anything that sparkles. We will transform your vision for an event, identity or correspondence into beautiful, handcrafted products. Our clients range from brides and grooms in need of wedding stationery to small business owners looking for event collateral. We hope to work with you soon!
Owner, Paper Artisan
Emily is based in southern Maine with her chef/massage therapist/husband, toddler daughter and willful terrier. She recently returned to the east coast after a twelve-year love affair with San Francisco and Sonoma and continues to be inspired by the natural beauty of the settings that surround her.
Sarah lives in the heart of Napa Valley's wine country with her husband Mike and the two love the agriculture, wine (a must) and scenic vistas. Originally from North Carolina, this southern girl has truly fallen in love with all that California has to offer!
Co-founder, Paper Artisan
Dana lives in New Jersey with her husband and two kids a stone’s throw away from the George Washington Bridge. While she loves her proximity to NYC, she’s a Jersey-girl at heart, and couldn’t live without 24-hour diners (disco fries anyone?) and tax-free shoe shopping.
