For Shoppe Orders


If you have questions about your order, please email us at and we will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.


Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for customized orders. Custom or otherwise personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.  Refer to our Contract Agreement or the "For Customized Orders" section of this webpage for more information.


All data submitted is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Any data submitted in relation to a purchase is also encrypted before being sent to our payment gateway provider for authorization. We employ a variety of measures to protect your personal information when it is submitted to our site. The payment gateway provider is required by law to keep this information confidential. We do not store any financial information (credit cards, social security numbers, etc.) on our servers. The personal information we do store on our servers (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) is protected by standard industry-wide security measures. Compromising the security measures employed by us or by our payment gateway provider is punishable by law.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, sell or modify any portion of this site without express written permission from Three Little Words™ LLC.

All third party names, trademarks and copyrights are properties of their respective owners.

For Customized Orders


Price estimates are valid for twelve months from the date on the proposal. 

The client agrees to pay a nonrefundable deposit before any work begins. Payment invoices are billed electronically and accepted through Stripe, PayPal, credit/ debit card transactions (online, by phone or in person) or by mailed check to the address stated on the invoice. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Unless otherwise specified, all balances due are payable upon approval of final art and before production. Three Little Words reserves the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid.


Project timelines will be established and adhered to by both the client and Three Little Words, provided that neither shall incur any liability, penalty or additional cost due to delays caused by a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, labor trouble or strike, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delays in shipment by suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, or other causes beyond the control of the client or Three Little Words. If the client does not adhere to project timelines, the final delivery date(s) will be adjusted accordingly. Three Little Words will not be held liable for limitations and costs incurred by the client missing a deadline.


The client will be presented an agreed upon number of initial draft options, then up to three rounds of revisions of the chosen design. For any additional edits, the client will charged $50 per round. Concept revisions, extensive alterations or a switch in design objectives may result in a delayed completion date.


Three Little Words will provide a final proof for the client’s approval. It is the client’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling and punctuation to technical illustrations. Three Little Words is not liable for errors or omissions on the client’s part. 

The client’s electronic consent/approval is required prior to release for production. Once final approval is received, Three Little Words will confirm quantity with the client and final payment is due. Once final payment is received, materials are ordered and the project goes into production. At that time, no further changes can be made and quantities cannot be decreased. If errors are found after final approval is made, the cost to reproduce any printed materials is the client’s responsibility. 


When the project is complete, Three Little Words will notify the client to schedule a pick up time or confirm arrangements for shipping or mailing services. Three Little Words is not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during shipping or mailing or mailed products that are not delivered. 


Three Little Words’ stationery products – especially wedding invitations – often incur additional postage because of shape, thickness and/or weight. Three Little Words may advise clients regarding postage rates for a given product, but does not guarantee exact knowledge of cost. Due to inconsistent experiences with USPS, Three Little Words recommends clients bring products to the post office in person to confirm postage amounts. Three Little Words is not responsible for stationery that is lost in the mail or destroyed through the mailing process. 


Three Little Words will make every effort to match color as close as possible to the client’s desired outcome. However, production techniques and available materials may limit the range of colors on a given design. Additionally, ink and paper colors may vary from proof colors due to monitor and setting variances. Three Little Words recommends clients provide Pantone codes or physical swatches, set up in-person consultations and/or order samples to achieve the closest representation of desired color. Three Little Words does not offer free reprints due to color discrepancies. 

Three Little Words endeavors to use archival materials and production methods, but no guarantee is made concerning the longevity of their products. The client holds Three Little Words harmless for fading, discoloring or any deterioration of products due to handling and the passage of time.


Due to the customized nature of the work, Three Little Words does not accept returns or offer refunds on completed projects. If there is a need to cancel an order in progress, the client must notify Three Little Words right away. If Three Little Words has not received the client’s final approval and the project has not gone into production, the client is responsible for the deposit and any materials (paper, ribbon, etc.) that may have been purchased. If the project has been approved and gone into production, the client is responsible for the entire amount.


The rights to all design and artwork remain with the Three Little Words. Unless a purchase of “All Rights” is negotiated with Three Little Words, clients may not use or reproduce the design or the images therein for a purpose other than originally stipulated. If clients wish to use a design Three Little Words has created and/or elements within it for another purpose or project, they must contact Three Little Words for express permission and to confirm any file preparation fees before proceeding. 

Three Little Words reserves the right to photograph and/or distribute or publish for their company’s promotional and marketing needs any work they create. 


The term of this agreement will continue for work in progress until terminated by either party upon written notice. If the client should direct Three Little Words at any time to cancel, terminate or “put on hold” any previously authorized purchase, Three Little Words will promptly do so, though there will be no refund of any deposits previously made.
